Who I Am
I’m Tony Farley — a technology strategist, Cisco Certified Cybersecurity Specialist, and multi-discipline CCNP with over 20 years of experience helping organizations modernize, secure, and simplify their IT environments.
Latest-Tech-Plus is my way of giving IT pros and business leaders clear, real-world tech insight without the jargon or fluff.

I’ve consulted for organizations across the country and partnered with major industry leaders including Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Juniper, Dell, AudioCodes, Ribbon, and Yealink.
Where It Started
I began my career in electronics manufacturing, where I led operational improvements and developed standardized component kits now distributed worldwide by Newark Electronics, Grainger, McMaster-Carr, 3M, and others.
Later, I became a top VAR for MAS 90 accounting software, helping businesses across the Midwest implement and scale their systems.
I also served on technology committees for the Chicago and Naperville Chambers of Commerce, contributing to IT policy, innovation, and local business development.

Life Beyond Technology
My life has also been shaped by resilience. I survived a catastrophic injury that nearly ended my life — an experience that changed everything.
Through recovery, training, and determination, I rebuilt not just my strength, but my drive.
Today, I stay active with weight training, cardio, heavy-bag work, and karate.
